Are your products clean?
We prioritize high-quality, skin-conscious ingredients. Most fragrances are phthalate-free and all VIXN products are cruelty-free. Each formula is designed to feel beautiful on the skin and perform exceptionally.

Where are your products made?
Every product is blended, bottled, and packed by hand in New Orleans, Louisiana.
How long is processing time?
Processing is typically 3 to 5 business days. All products are made to order for freshness and consistency.

Do your fragrances last?
Our fragrances are crafted for noticeable presence. Mist delivers soft, buildable sillage, while layering with the Silken Body Oil enhances depth and projection.
Wear time varies based on skin chemistry, application, and environment.
Is the Silken Body Oil a dry oil?
Yes. It absorbs quickly, feels lightweight, and leaves a smooth, satin finish without residue.
Is the Hair and Body Sillage Mist safe for hair?
Yes. The mist is formulated with cosmetic-grade ingredients designed to be gentle on both skin and hair.
Are your products vegan?
Yes. All VIXN products are vegan and cruelty free.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the personal nature of fragrance and body care.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $85 ship free within the United States. The free shipping threshold applies after discounts are applied.
How does shipping work?
Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Shipping times vary by carrier and location. VIXN is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. VIXN ships within the United States only.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim. Responsibility transfers to the carrier once the package has been shipped.
Can I use your products on sensitive skin?
Our formulas are crafted to be gentle. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend patch testing before full application.
How do I store my products?
Keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve scent quality and texture.
